Estes Dementia Day Center (EDDC) is seeking to hire a full-time Program Manager and Volunteer Coordinator. This position will oversee the daily operations of EDDC, ensuring a safe, engaging, and compassionate environment for participants living with dementia. This role blends program leadership, volunteer management, and hands-on support. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, creative, and committed to person-centered care. Experience in program development/management and dementia care is necessary.
EDDC is a new community-based adult social day program in Estes Park designed to help adults living with dementia remain connected, engaged, and supported while providing day-time respite for caregivers. This program combines social connection, cognitive stimulation, creative expression through art and music, and physical movement.
